Internet-based integrated management system for many brine spraying facilities
This snow removal equipment was designed and manufactured to efficiently and promptly cope with road surface snow removal works on road, ramp section, and back road section in case of snowfall in winter, spraying calcium chloride solution to prevent accident occurrence and to ensure undisrupted flow of traffic
This equipment can spray brine throughout the sloped ramp area to eliminate the slip and traffic congestion by multiple brine sprayers placed on the shoulder of road and ramp section. When the brine sprayer is not activated, and even if the brine supply line is damaged, the brine cannot be transferred because the leakage piping system helps block the flow of brine while the device remains idle. Therefore, zero brine loss rate can be achieved. As brine is sprayed at high pressure simultaneously from the nozzles spaced 20m apart from one another, the brine can be sprayed adequately for less than 3 to 4 minutes. In addition, this product has improved performance, allowing the brine to be sprayed quickly and easily while monitoring the surroundings of the brine sprayer in real time.

The automatic calcium chloride solution spraying system has a structure in which calcium chloride solution stored in storage tank is transferred to the spraying device through activation of pump device and then sprayed on the road surface, depending on the control state of the control device. All operations are controlled by central control (PC control) and smart phone, as shown in <Figure 1>. (Patent No. 10-1531672 registered with the Intellectual Property Office)
