The driving rail is installed under or beside the bridge, regardless of conditions of the lower parts, without need for separate equipment, rather than controlling the traffic flow on the upper part of bridge. Inspection vehicles, outfitted with generators to carry out regular inspection, unscheduled inspection and maintenance, travel whole sections of bridge for visual inspection and maintenance to maximize the life of bridge.
